Frequently asked questions 
  • The new Allianz MyHealth portal is only accessible to those over the age of 18 years old. 
  • Your access to the current OSHC portal and mobile app will be disabled from the 16th November 2020.
From the 16th November 2020, you will receive a new policy number via email and a membership card.  To ensure you receive your new membership card, please update your postal address by calling us.
If you visit a medical or health clinic you will need to provide them with your first name, last name, and date of birth so they can locate your new policy number.  Otherwise, you will need to use your new membership card or policy number to claim your OSHC benefits.
Get your parents or guardian to complete the ‘Claim’ form located on the International Health website and email it through with the relevant invoice or receipts to oshcclaims@allianzcare.com.au
  • Your current membership card can be used until the 15th November 2020.  After this point, you will need to use your new policy number and new membership card.
  • If you visit one of the health or medical clinic listed on our website and you haven’t received your membership card, please provide them with your first name, last name, and date of birth and they can check your eligibility online. You can call us  if you experience difficulties  
Your current membership card will be valid until the 15th of November 2020.  From 16th November 2020, you will need to use your new policy number and e-membership card located on the Allianz MyHealth portal or mobile application.
