How to use the student members portal

Before you can create an account and log in you need a policy number.

  • We will send you an email with your new policy number and a link to access the MyHealth portal.
  • When you receive the link, you can register for the portal using your new policy number and your last name. When you register, we will email you a unique 6 digit code for single use (you will not need this for future logins). 
  • Go to ‘My Claims’ and click ‘Submit claim’.
  • Answer the questions on screen by selecting ‘yes’ or ‘no’.
  • Under ‘reimbursement details’, select whether the payee is an insured member or a treatment provider.
  • For insured members click on ‘add reimbursement details’, fill out your bank details and click ‘save’.
  • Select the reimbursement currency from the drop-down list and click ‘next’.
To access your documents, click ‘view policy’ and select ‘documents’ from the menu. You can download your policy documents (in PDF format) on this page.

Click ‘view policy’ and select ‘dependants’ from the menu. If you would like to make changes to your policy, click ‘edit details’ and fill in the appropriate cover period and personal details.

To add a child to your policy, click ‘add child’ and fill in their first name, family name, date of birth, gender, passport number and country of issue and click ‘submit’.

  • Click the ‘Privacy’ button in the top menu on the home page.
  • To revoke your data consent, click ‘View our data usage policy’ and click on ‘revoke data consent’ at the bottom of the page and click ‘continue’. If you would like to provide your consent again, click ‘provide consent’ and then at the bottom of the page click ‘accept’ to complete this process.
  • Click ‘view our privacy statement’ to read our privacy notice.
  • Click ‘view our cookie policy’ to learn more about cookies and how our website uses them. If you accept the terms of this policy, click on ‘accept cookies’.  Otherwise, click ‘cookie settings’ to update your settings and activate/deactivate your preferences. 

Go to ‘My Account’ and under ‘login details’, click on ‘change password’. Enter your current password, then enter your new password. Make sure your new password is:

  • At least 8 characters
  • Uses upper and lowercase letters
  • Contains at least one special character
  • Contains at least one number

Click on ‘change password’ to complete this process.
